Description / Scope of Work
The Town Municipal Corporation Saddar, Karachi invites sealed cover tenders under SPPRA Rule 2010 (Amended 2020) for rehabilitation and paving block flooring of multiple streets across Karachi. The tender comprises sixteen infrastructure projects including rehabilitation of street through paving block flooring at various locations such as Zulzaida Masjid Mithadar, Hassan Lashkari Gali, Hashmi Trading area, Trolley Market, Arif Masjid street, Rehmat Masjid road, and other localities within Union Councils 01 to 08 and 12 of TMC Saddar. The estimated total cost ranges from approximately 19.98 lakh to 29.99 lakh Pakistani Rupees per project, with projects including street maintenance, trenches repair, sewerage line cleaning, and winching works in surrounding areas. The tender is being issued in Karachi, Sindh province.
Eligible contractors, firms, and parties registered with relevant authorities may participate in this single stage one envelope tender method. Bid security is required at five percent of the estimated amount for each project, typically ranging from PKR 2,000 to PKR 3,000. Participants must possess valid licenses and comply with SPPRA procurement regulations and guidelines as amended to date. All bidders must submit bids in accordance with the specified terms and conditions outlined in the tender document.
Tender documents are available for download from the PPRA Sindh official portal from June 2, 2026 onwards. Bids must be submitted through the PPRA Sindh e-procurement portal by June 17, 2026 at 02:00 PM. Tender opening will be conducted at the office of the Executive Engineer (B&R), TMC Saddar on the same date at 02:30 PM. In case of non-response on the specified date, the next submission and opening schedule will be June 18 to July 3, 2026 during office hours.
