Description / Scope of Work
The Programme Management Unit of the Punjab Development Program (PDP) under the Government of the Punjab invites electronic bids for the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 50 kW grid-tied solar energy system. The procurement also includes supply, fabrication, construction and installation of tensile fiber sheds and roof top rooms, procurement of a 50 kVA generator including installation, testing and commissioning, and procurement of IT equipment for establishment of the Program Management Unit. This comprehensive infrastructure development initiative is undertaken under the Chief Minister's Punjab Development Program and encompasses renewable energy integration, structural construction, backup power generation, and information technology infrastructure deployment across the programme management facility.
Bidders must be eligible contractors, suppliers, or service providers registered with relevant authorities in Pakistan. All bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the bid data sheet. Bidders must provide documents establishing their eligibility, qualification, technical capacity, and financial stability. Goods must conform to specifications detailed in the technical specifications section, with preference for internationally recognized standards and manufacturers. Bidders should possess relevant experience in solar energy systems installation, structural construction, electrical work, and IT equipment supply. All documentation must be submitted in English language.

Bidders must submit their electronic bids through the designated e-bidding portal by the closing date of 11 June 2026. Bids will be opened publicly by the procuring agency on the scheduled date. The evaluation process will include preliminary examination, technical evaluation, and post-qualification assessment.
