Supply of Materials and Equipment

Pakistan Railways CSF Directorate, Headquarters Office, Lahore invites sealed bids from registered manufacturers, suppliers, bidders, and contractors for the supply and delivery of three distinct material packages. The first tender (Reference CSF/Ag/2-SUK/2025-26) covers supply of 1,200 Specially Designed Aggregate Ply Roads with an estimated value of Rs 200,000. The second tender (Reference CSF/B/2025-26) involves installation of an efficient fuel heating system by replacing old type and capacity pipelines, complete handling, etc. in vertical steam boiler of CSF/WXL, estimated at Rs 15,000. The third tender (Reference CSF/H4/P/20-25-26) pertains to supply of 1,200 sets of special bolts of material similar to IS 1367 standards for tempered Vanadish 270mm sleeper moulds, covering complete supply as per sample for CSF/WXL, valued at Rs 80,000. All tenders are for delivery on DAP basis with tender closing and opening scheduled for 11 June 2026.

Bidders must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and must appear on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bid security in the prescribed amount must be submitted before closing of tender physically in the tender box at the office of the Managing Director, CSF, Pakistan Railway, Headquarters Office, Lahore. Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure will be followed for all three tenders.

Bids shall be submitted exclusively through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) available at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must upload complete scanned copies of their bids on EPADS.
