Description / Scope of Work
Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) is inviting sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and installation of IT and recording equipment for the MEPCO Studio. This procurement is planned for fiscal year 2025-26 and covers the complete delivery and installation of specialized IT and audio-visual recording systems to establish a functional media production facility. The contract will be executed in Multan, Punjab, with funds reserved from MEPCO's approved procurement budget. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and are required to submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, demand draft, or a bid securing declaration as per the specified format in the bidding documents. All bidders must meet the eligibility and qualification criteria outlined in the bidding document, including relevant experience, technical capacity, and financial standing to execute the contract successfully.
E-bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms, conditions, and requirements are available on EPADS at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to access the complete bidding documents and participate in the procurement process. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, June 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM.
