Pakistan Ordnance Factories invites quotations for the supply of indigenous supplies as detailed in the tender schedule. This tender enquiry, referenced 0063/LP/DS/55, is issued by the Government of Pakistan through the Pakistan Ordnance Factories procurement division. The tender covers materials, plant and machinery required for ordnance manufacturing operations across Punjab province. Eligible bidders must be registered firms with valid tax clearance certificates from the Excise and Taxation Department. Registered and indexed firms must provide bid security equivalent to two percent of quoted value subject to a maximum ceiling of Rs. 0.5 million, while registered unindexed firms shall provide three percent up to Rs. 0.75 million, and unregistered firms five percent up to Rs. 1.0 million. Technical evaluation of bids will be conducted strictly as per PPRA rules and contract(s) will be awarded to the most advantageous bidder. Government organizations and state-owned enterprises may request waiver of bid security. All quotations must remain valid for a minimum of ninety days from the tender opening date and should hold good for any reduced or enhanced quantities without prior notice.
Tenders must be submitted electronically before 11:30 hours on 22 June 2026 via www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk with quotations delivered to the Bid Center adjacent to Reception POFs, Wah Cantonment. Tender documents are available upon request, and submissions must include hazard information for supplied materials and proper tax documentation. For plant and machinery quotations, tenderers must provide comprehensive technical details, literature, validity dates, delivery schedules and signed undertakings. Quotations should be based on F.O.R. dispatch basis with free delivery at POF stores in Wah Cantonment where Octroi duty shall be payable by the supplier.
