Pakistan Ordnance Factories issues this tender enquiry for the procurement of indigenous supplies and materials required for defence manufacturing operations. The tender is referenced as 0046/LP/CMC/56/P-D and is being conducted under the Single Stage two envelope method for open competitive bidding in accordance with PPRA Rule 36(b). Quotations must be submitted electronically on www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk and will be opened at 12:00 hours on 18-JUN-26 at the Bid Centre adjacent to Rabita Hall, POF Wah Cantt, with submission required at least 30 minutes before opening time. The procurement scope includes materials for which technical and commercial evaluation will be carried out strictly as per PPRA rules, with contracts awarded to the most advantageous bidder. Eligible suppliers must be registered or may be unregistered firms meeting specified criteria. Bid security is mandatory and varies by firm registration status: 2% of quoted value for registered indexed firms (max Rs. 0.5 Mn), 3% for registered un-indexed firms (max Rs. 0.75 Mn), and 5% for unregistered firms (max Rs. 1.00 Mn), with deposit at call receipt or pay order required in original at bid opening. All quotations must remain valid for at least 90 days from opening date, include free delivery at POF's stores at Wah Cantt on F.O.R. station of dispatch basis, and separately itemize applicable taxes and duties with relevant registration references. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 500/- is required with a crossed postal or pay order in favour of Director-Admin-POFs, Wah Cantt, and must be produced in original at bid opening. Supplies are subject to inspection and acceptance by competent inspection authority at the purchaser's cost, with inspection facilities including tools and test equipment to be provided by suppliers. Successful bidders must furnish a performance bond not exceeding 10% of contract value as a deposit at call receipt or unconditional bank guarantee in favour of CMA(POF) Wah Cantt within specified timeframes.
