Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a gas transmission and distribution company, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, and authorized stockiest suppliers for the supply of back filling material during the financial year 2025-26. The procurement is open to suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and possessing valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificates, with registration on the Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available on the PPRA website at EPAD for download and printing by interested bidders. The tender enquiry reference is FCS/SGD/TE/024/26 and bidding activities are centered at the SNGPL office located at 04 Km Multan Khurd Dhok Tall Tarap Ada, Talagang, in Punjab.
Eligibility requirements mandate that all bidders must submit a bid bond of quoted material value in a sealed envelope as either a Bank Draft or Pay Order issued by the scheduled Bank of Pakistan on a non-judicial stamp paper in favor of SNGPL. Bidders are further required to submit quotations with a bid bond of quoted material or a tender download and printing charges fee of Rs. 1,000. Quotations received without a bid bond will not be read or announced at tender opening and will not be considered for further evaluation. The minimum bid download and printing charges fee is Rs. 1,000 and may not be considered for further evaluation if not paid.
Bidding documents must be submitted in accordance with instructions provided in the bidding documents and reach the Procurement Department at SNGPL Office, 04 Km Multan Khurd Dhok Tall Tarap Ada, Talagang, on or before 18.06.2026 at 15:00 hours.
