Description / Scope of Work
The Material Management of Lahore Electricity Supply Company (LESCO) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Insulated Wasp Conductor goods under Tender No 4364. This national-level procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for the purchase. The tender is issued by LESCO Head Quarter located at 22-A, Queens Road, Lahore City in Punjab province, and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform.
The procurement follows a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as described in the bidding document. Where bid security is not required by the procuring agency, bidders are required to furnish a Bid Security Declaration as specified in the bidding documents.
Bidders must register themselves on EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bids being opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
