Pakistan Navy's Local Purchase Division invites tenders for the procurement of locally available and imported items including automatic electric roti plants, water coolers, and related engineering services in Sindh province. The tender encompasses four line items with references DNH734, DNH888, DNH103, and DNH685, sourced from approved manufacturers including M/S Sharif Engineering Works based in Gujranwala and Bazar Kharadan. The procurement scope includes technical specifications for automatic electric roti plant models, a 3-tab water dispenser with heating and cooling capabilities operating at 220-240 volts with 50 Hz frequency, and general engineering specifications as detailed in the technical bulletin.
Eligibility criteria require all firms, whether registered or unregistered, to pay a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 500 per quotation via bank draft, pay order, cross cheque, or online transfer to the PN Nonpublic Fund LP Division IT Fund Account (PK04 MEZN 0001 7001 0321 0586). Unregistered firms must additionally provide a bid security of 5 percent of the purchase order value in the form of a pay order or bank draft valid for six months, or alternatively register with HQ COMLOG by contacting SO Contract at 021-48506138 to avoid the bid security requirement.
Bid documents are available from the Local Purchase Division with delivery timelines of 15 days for locally available items and 45 days for imported items. All laboratory testing charges are borne by the bidding firm.
