Description / Scope of Work
WAPDA invites electronic bids for two procurement packages at Mangla Power Station in Punjab. The first tender (ITR/1076, EPADS ID F26051891763) concerns the procurement of 132kV and 220kV Current Transformers (CTS) and Coupling Voltage Transformers (CVTS) for the 132/220kV Switchyard at Mangla Power Station on FOB basis through International Competitive Bidding. The second tender (ITR/1075-3, EPADS ID F26051891787) covers procurement of SERGI System Spares for 220kV Transformers of Chint make for Units 03 to 06 at the same power station, also on FOB basis through ICB. Both procurements are located at Mangla Power Station and have a completion period of 180 days.
Eligible bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, contractors, or service providers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and on the active taxpayer list (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. Prospective bidders must be registered with the FBR to participate and obtain e-bidding documents. Bid security is required in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order: PKR 1,300,000 for tender ITR/1076 and PKR 1,400,000 for tender ITR/1075-3, payable in favour of the Resident Engineer, Power Station Mangla. Original bid security documents must reach the office before bid closing time.
E-bidding documents containing complete terms, conditions, and technical specifications are available to registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before 10:00 hours on 25 June 2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. For ITR/1076, bids will open at 10:30 hours; for ITR/1075-3, at 11:00 hours on the same date in the office of the Resident Engineer, Power Station Mangla. A Single Stage One Envelope procedure will be followed. Prospective bidders may seek clarification on bidding documents up to three days before the closing deadline.
