Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed e-bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors for the construction of a Zoom Sign at M1 South Fuel Station in Swabi. This is a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure tender with reference number RC-19590-SRR. The tender is for construction work at a strategic location in Sindh province, and interested bidders must demonstrate adequate past relevant experience and sufficient financial capabilities to undertake the project.
Eligible contractors must possess a valid PEC C-5 Certificate in the relevant field of specialization to participate in this tender. Bidders are required to have an active SAP Ariba Network ID to access and submit their bids through the designated portal. All bidding documents must be collected and submitted exclusively through the SAP Ariba portal, and interested vendors without existing Ariba credentials are instructed to register themselves on the SAP Ariba portal to participate in upcoming PSO tenders.
Bid documents are available for collection from 01 June 2026 to 16 June 2026 between 08:30 AM and 02:15 PM. The bid submission deadline is 16 June 2026 at 02:15 PM through SAP Ariba. Technical bid opening will commence on 16 June 2026 at 03:00 PM onwards, with the commercial bid opening date and time to be communicated separately to technically qualified bidders. Interested suppliers should send duly signed and stamped requests on official letterhead mentioning the tender number.
