Provision and Installation of Signage Items at NVROS by Pakistan State Oil Company Limited

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites quotations for the provision and installation of signage items at NVROS (New Venture Retail Outlets) across the Faisalabad Division in Sindh province. The project encompasses multiple signage and maintenance works including tower logo flex installation, pump spreaders, tyre shop signage with frame, rate digits plates, acrylic name plates, LED tube lights, dispensing unit painting, and retro reflective coating. The scope includes supply, installation, and provision of all materials, tools, and transportation by the contractor. All work is subject to inspection and verification by the divisional engineer and must be completed within 50 days of work order issuance. PSO House, Clifton, Karachi is the primary location for reference purposes.

The contractor must comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards as laid down by PSO. All workers must be provided with adequate and fully functional personal protective equipment (PPEs) including safety shoes, gloves, helmets, goggles, and safety harness. Scaffolding, cranes, lifters, welding plants and electrical equipment must be third-party certified. Licensed electricians must be engaged for electrical works. Payment will be made as per actual work done upon completion and verification. The contractor bears full responsibility for any accidents or damages arising during execution and must indemnify PSO accordingly.
