NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the running of a mini mart on a rental basis at the NED Staff Colony, Main Campus. This procurement opportunity is issued under reference PC/NED/DWS/Mart/8559/26 and pertains to establishing and operating a mini mart facility to serve the university community at the staff residential area. The scope includes commercial operation of retail services on the university premises with rental arrangements as the basis for engagement.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and hold a valid National Tax Number (NTN). Bidders should possess relevant business registration certificates and demonstrate prior experience in retail or commercial operations. A bid security deposit is required from all participating vendors as per tender specifications.
