Description / Scope of Work
The Headmaster of Govt. Special Education Centre Gujar Khan, District Rawalpindi (Centre of Excellence) in Punjab invites sealed bids from income tax, sales tax and E-Pad registered firms for the procurement of IT Equipment and Furniture & Fixture items with an estimated cost of Rs. 88.50 million for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot-1 for IT Equipments valued at Rs. 20.00 million and Lot-2 for Purchase of Furniture and Fixture valued at Rs. 68.50 million. The tender scope covers supply of equipment and furniture for this centre of excellence in Rawalpindi.
Bidding is open to firms that are registered for Income Tax, Sales Tax and E-Pad. All bidders must submit a bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost of the relevant lot in the form of a call deposit in favour of the Headmaster. The quoted price must include all applicable taxes, and sales tax and income tax will be deducted at source according to prevailing tax rules. Bidders must quote all items of a lot and partial bidding is not allowed. The contract will be awarded to the technically responsive lowest evaluated bidder on a lot-wise basis. Participating firms must not be blacklisted, debarred, suspended or removed from the approved list by the procuring agency or PPRA.
Bidding documents may be downloaded from the E-Pad account at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk or from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. All tenders must be uploaded on E-Pad before the deadline of 18 June 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bid opening will take place on the same date at 10:30 AM at the Govt. Special Education Centre Gujar Khan. Successful bidders must deposit a performance guarantee of 5 percent of the contract amount before issuance of the supply order. The completion and 100 percent delivery of items is required by 30 June 2026. Contractors must deliver items during specified timings of 08:30 AM to 03:00 PM and ensure proper acceptance by the Technical Committee.
