Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Dir Upper, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors having specialization in civil works under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 for construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes in northern districts of KP. The procurement encompasses 58 separate water supply and sanitation projects across multiple locations including Chitral Lower, Chitral Upper, Swat, Dir Upper, Dir Lower, Malakand, Buner, Shangla, Kohistan Upper, Kohistan Lower, Battagram, Mansehra, Torghar, Abbottabad, Kohat, Bannu, Lakki Marwat and Haripur districts. The estimated total project cost ranges from 0.853 million to 30.637 million rupees per scheme, with the complete programme valued at over 450 million rupees for water and sanitation infrastructure development across the region.
Eligible bidders must be registered with KP Revenue Authority with active status and comply with all KPPRA requirements for government contracting. Interested firms and contractors are required to register on the EPADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk and download bid documents from the system. Non-refundable bidding entry fee of 0.03% of estimated cost for each scheme must be submitted as call deposit along with the tender bid. Bid security and additional security shall be submitted in accordance with KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O (14)/Vol: I-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated 10-05-2022.
Bid documents must be submitted electronically on EPADS with the last date and time of submission set for 25 June 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening to occur on the same day in the presence of government contractors, firms or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
