Description / Scope of Work
Frontier Corps North, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is inviting sealed competitive bids for the procurement of new vehicles. The tender is being floated by the Inspector General Frontier Corps North based in Peshawar. Detailed tender documents including specifications and terms and conditions for the supply of APCS vehicles are available from the CEM, E Headquarters Frontier Corps North, Qila Bala Hissar Peshawar, against a fee of five thousand rupees per tender document. Separate sealed bids must be submitted for each vehicle type.
Bidders are required to submit technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes using the Double Stage Single Envelope method. The bid security must be equivalent to 2 to 5 percent of the total bid amount, payable by banker's cheque, call deposit, or demand draft in the name of the Inspector General Frontier Corps North Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. All rates must include sales tax and other government levies applicable as of June 30, 2026. The Headquarters reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of any vehicle type in accordance with PPRA rules and to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
Bids must be submitted at the Headquarters Frontier Corps North, Qila Bala Hissar Peshawar by 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 in the Jirga Hall. Technical proposals will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders and their representatives. Financial proposals will be opened only for technically qualified bidders after technical evaluation is complete. Bidders are advised to seek prior written clarification regarding any ambiguities in the tender conditions. Tender documents can also be downloaded from www.ppra.org.pk.
