The District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhupura invites competitive e-bids for the installation of solar systems at court facilities across three locations within Punjab province. Tender Reference 05/2025-2026 comprises three separate schemes: installation of solar systems for courts and offices at the District Headquarters Sheikhupura with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,56,50,000; installation at the Sub-Division Ferozewala office valued at Rs. 1,71,60,000; and installation at the Sub-Division Sharaqpur office estimated at Rs. 38,00,000. The total project scope encompasses renewable energy infrastructure development across multiple judicial facilities in the Sheikhupura district.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed and financially sound firms with previous experience in solar installation projects and relevant field expertise. Contractors must possess active registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Professional Tax authorities, along with registration in the relevant category C3 and above under the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) 2023-2026 in the CE-01 category. Each bid requires submission of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or bank guarantee equivalent to five percent of the estimated cost, submitted one day before the bid deadline in original form through a scheduled bank in favor of the District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhupura.
Bidding documents are available for download from the E-PAIDS portal and the official websites of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and the District Courts. E-bids must be submitted electronically through E-PAIDS before the closing date of June 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day. Bids submitted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure must include all applicable taxes and remain valid for 180 days. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance guarantee equivalent to ten percent of the contract value within 15 days of contract signing.
