Procurement of Digital Clock, Plantation and Curtains/Blinds by TEVTA

Begum Nazira Mahmud Govt. College of Technology (Women), Narowal, operating under the Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA), Punjab, invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) for the procurement of interior decoration items including digital clocks, plantation, and curtains/blinds. This tender is issued under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules following a single stage one envelope procedure. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 1,639,154, with the contract to be executed at the college premises located in Mohallah Samanabad near Ghulam Fatima School, Narowal, in Punjab Province.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the Government for both income tax (NTN) and sales tax (GST), with active taxpayer status. Attested copies of current NTN and GST certificates must be uploaded with the bid submission. A refundable bid security of Rs. 81,958 (equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost) is required in the form of a certified demand draft, pay order, or bank cheque, payable to the Principal of Begum Nazira Mahmud Govt. College of Technology (Women), Narowal. The original bid security instrument must be physically submitted prior to the bid opening date and time.

All bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only, with the submission deadline set for 17-06-2026 at 10:00 a.m. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 11:00 a.m. in the Principal Office at Begum Nazira Mahmud Govt. College of Technology (Women), Narowal, in the presence of the college procurement committee and bidder representatives. The successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee of 10 percent of the total contract amount within 7 days of award.
