Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center, Lahore is inviting sealed competitive bids for the procurement of one Cell Saver Machine under tender reference PRO/23/2026. This procurement is being conducted through a competitive bidding process as per applicable procurement regulations. The Cell Saver Machine is a specialized medical device used in surgical procedures for blood recovery and cell salvage, critical for reducing transfusion requirements in complex surgical cases. The procurement encompasses the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of the equipment at the Institute's facility in Lahore, Punjab.
Bidders must be eligible vendors with proven capability to supply medical equipment and must meet all qualification requirements specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders include local and international suppliers registered or authorized to conduct business in Pakistan. Bidders are required to submit a bid security or performance guarantee as specified in the bid data sheet. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, including evidence of technical specifications compliance, financial capability, and authorization to supply the equipment.
Bid documents are available from the Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute Procurement Department. Sealed bids must be submitted by the closing date of 23 June 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procurement process includes preliminary examination, technical evaluation, post-qualification, and award based on merit and best value.
