Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Anti-Corruption Establishment in Lahore, Punjab invites applications for the hiring of short-term individual legal consultant services to assist its legal wing. The selected consultant will provide strategic input and expert guidelines regarding one hundred and forty-four high-profile enquiries and fifteen high-profile cases currently under process. The scope of work encompasses assisting with the initiation of enquiries, case registration, physical remand requests, statements, recovery memos, and final reports for submission before the trial court. Eligible candidates must hold a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degree with a minimum of ten years of legal experience, preferably within public sector organizations. The contract duration for this short-term consultancy assignment is six months, and the final selection will be based on an interview criteria. Interested individuals must submit their technical proposals in accordance with Rule forty-six of the Punjab PPRA Rules two thousand and fourteen no later than the specified closing deadline.
