Defense Housing Authority City Karachi (DHAC) invites sealed tender bids for the supply of Computer and Accessories for the Defense Housing Authority College and School Systems at DHA City Campus. The tender is issued by the Procurement Directorate of DHAC located at KM-50, Motorway M-9, Karachi, Sindh (Postal Code 75340). Tender documents must be submitted to the Additional Director (Procurement) by 10 June 2026 at 1430 hours, with tender opening scheduled for 1500 hours the same day. All specifications and quantities for the computer equipment and accessories are detailed in the formal tender documents, which will be provided upon request.
Tenderers must be capable of supplying equipment strictly as per the given specifications with no alternate options accepted. Tender documents can be obtained by submitting a written application to the undersigned office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000 per tender in the form of a Pay Order in favor of PDOHA City Karachi. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and should include delivery and all applicable taxes including GST. Bids must include a validity of offer period (minimum one month), detailed delivery schedule, complete equipment specifications, warranty period, and warranty type. DHAC reserves the right to reject any or all tenders in accordance with rules and regulations.
Bid documents should be sealed and addressed to the Additional Director (Procurement), DHA City Karachi, with the nomenclature or name of equipment clearly marked on the right corner of the envelope. Payment for awarded tenders will be issued by cheque following delivery of equipment. Prospective bidders are advised to quote the lowest possible price for competitive consideration.
