Procurement of Books for Engineering, Technology and Economics by University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin

The University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin invites sealed bids from well-requested, financially sound and eligible firms, suppliers, dealers, distributors, manufacturers and book sellers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities for the procurement of books for Engineering, Technology and Economics. This procurement is for the supply of books valued at Rs. 30,783,521 with an estimated bid security of Rs. 615,670. The tender notice is published under reference UOR/PJV/2025-26/23 and covers procurement of academic and educational materials needed for the university's library and educational programs located in Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab.

Interested eligible bidders registered on e-PADS can download detailed bidding documents in English language containing specifications, quantities, terms and conditions from the Punjab e-Procurement website at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and from the PPRA website at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bid Security shall be in the form of CDR or Pay Order with the bank authentication line. Only firms and book sellers or publishers prequalified for procurement of books are eligible to participate. The bid validity period is 90 days from the date of bid submission.

Bidding documents can be obtained by eligible bidders from the office of the Director, Purchase and Store, University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin. Bids must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System on or before the deadline of 12-06-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
