Central Power Generation Company Limited (Genco-II) invites sealed bids for the construction of precast wall from gate No.2 towards rest house for barricading of colony TFS Guddu under Section No.01, and construction of main gate No.01 of colony dedicated for Chinese workers at the same location in Sindh Province. The tender reference is CEO/CPGCL/MMM/Civil/T-351 with bids to be submitted in a single-stage two-envelope bidding process as per PPRA Rules 36(b). Interested contractors must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the period 2025-2026, along with current NTN, CNIC, valid FIRS and SRB certificates at the time of tender submission.
Eligibility requirements mandate that the proprietor or legally authorized representative must be present at bid opening. Bidders must provide a specialized code of PEC (i.e., CE-09, CE-10) and submit their bids after the closing deadline shall not be considered. All required documents must be attached with 93 percent completion. The company reserves the right to verify each and every detail, and for other eligibility conditions, interested parties are advised to contact the office of the undersigned. Earnest money equivalent to 3 percent of the total bid value must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit or Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee (refundable), drawn in favor of Central Power Generation Company Limited.
Bidding documents are available for download from the PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk. The last date for receiving tender documents is 19.06.2026 at 14:00 hours, with date and time of opening scheduled for 19.06.2026 at 14:30 hours respectively. In case of unavoidable circumstances causing postponement, the tender will be opened on the next working day.
