Description / Scope of Work
The National Bank of Pakistan invites electronic bids from original manufacturers or authorized distributors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C6 or above with Specialization Code ME-03 for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a new passenger lift to replace an existing passenger lift at NBP Kehkashan Building in Karachi, Sindh. The project scope includes complete replacement of the lift system with detailed specifications and requirements available to registered bidders on the EPADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must be registered with the Engineering Council and possess relevant technical qualifications and experience in lift installation and commissioning.
Eligible bidders must submit an original bid security instrument to the Office of the Departmental Head Tender, Procurement Division, LCMC, 3rd Floor, NBP Head Office Building, II Chundrigar Road, Karachi before the online submission deadline. The bid security must be in place prior to electronic submission, otherwise the bid will not be opened. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 16 June 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Auditorium, 1st Floor, NBP Head Office Building, Karachi to clarify technical specifications and requirements.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 26 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with manual bids not accepted. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee and participating bidders at the Engineering Wing Head Office, Engineering Division, LCMC, 3rd Floor, National Bank of Pakistan, II Chundrigar Road, Karachi.
