Description / Scope of Work
The Cooperative Engineers Town Society Ltd., Lahore invites sealed tenders from qualified manufacturing firms registered with WAPDA and Distribution Companies that are financially sound and have vast experience in the relevant field. The procurement is for supply of 03-phase 03-element, 3x230/400 V, 10/100 Amp, 50Hz accuracy class 1.0 AMR Energy Meters with built-in GSM/GPRS Modems, programmable to Bi-Directional and remote disconnect/reconnect device with server as per WAPDA and PEPCO specifications amended to date. A total quantity of 200 meters is required to be supplied to Distribution Companies and WAPDA as per specifications. The project location is Lahore, Sindh province.
Interested firms must register with the society by depositing Rs. 10,000 as non-refundable registration fee if not already deposited before submitting their tender. Security amount of 2 percent of the total bid value is required as refundable security in the form of CDR, Bid Bond, pay order or bank draft in favour of The Cooperative Engineers Town Society Ltd., Lahore. Bidders must meet WAPDA and Distribution Company registration requirements and demonstrate relevant experience in meter supply and installation.
Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 11:00 hours on Monday, June 22, 2026 at the address of the Secretary, 2nd Floor Commercial Centre, Block D/2, Sector A, Engineers Town, Defence Road, Lahore (Ph: 042-35248205-4, Email: engineerstown@yahoo.com). Tender opening will take place at 11:30 hours on the same date in the presence of Tender Opening Committee and firm representatives. The Society reserves the right to accept or cancel any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
