Description / Scope of Work
The Urban Area Development Authority, D.I. Khan invites sealed bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for three civil works projects under the major head of Uplift and Beautification Activities across southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The scope encompasses construction of streets along with drainage infrastructure, solar lighting systems, and beautification activities in various union councils of D.I. Khan, Parova District, and Kulachi/Daraban District. The first project is valued at 100 million rupees, while the second and third projects are each estimated at 50 million rupees. These infrastructure improvement works fall under ADP No. 950/251119 for the fiscal year 2025-26 and cover uplift activities including monuments, street lights, and green spaces across Kohat, Hangu, Karak, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Tank, and D.I. Khan.
Eligible bidders must be registered with EPADS, Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2026-2027 with minimum C-5 category or above, hold active status with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), maintain an active NTN with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and be enlisted with the Provincial Enlistment Committee KP and UADA D.I. Khan for financial year 2026-27. Bidders must submit earnest money equal to 2 percent of the estimated cost along with a bidding document fee of 5,000 rupees and stamp duty of 19,750 rupees. Bid security must be submitted as a call deposit receipt made in favour of the Director, UADA D.I. Khan.
Bid Solicitation Documents including contract data and detailed BOQ are available for download from the EPADS website at http://www.eprocure.gov.pk/ from 15 June 2026. Bidders must upload all mandatory documents, technical bids, and financial bids through EPADS before 11:00 AM on 2 July 2026. Original bid security and bidding document fees must be submitted through registered post or courier to the office of the Director, UADA D.I. Khan by 10:00 AM on the same date.
