Description / Scope of Work
Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited, Head Office Islamabad, a Public Sector Bank, invites open auction for the disposal of one official vehicle—an MG HS Essence model manufactured in 2023/2024—on an as-is-where-is basis through the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0. The vehicle is located at ZTBL Head Office in Islamabad, Federal Province, with a reserve price of PKR 5,800,000 excluding tax. This auction notice (Auction No. ZTBL-03-2026) is published under PPRA procurement regulations for interested eligible individuals and firms.
Bidders must submit an Earnest Money deposit of PKR 50,000 in the form of a pay order or bank draft payable to Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited through the Procurement Department before the deadline; cross cheques are not accepted. All bids must be submitted electronically via the PPRA EPADS System Version 2.0 at www.epads.gov.pk, and manual bid submissions will not be accepted. The vehicle shall not be sold below the reserve price without tax. Tax will be charged on the quoted amount as per applicable laws at 10 percent for active tax filers and 20 percent for non-filers. The successful bidder is required to deposit PKR 1 million within five days of award notification and the remaining amount within fifteen working days; failure to deposit payment within the stipulated timeframe will result in forfeiture of earnest money.
Prospective bidders may inspect the vehicle at ZTBL Head Office, Islamabad on working days (Monday to Friday) from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM up to one day prior to the auction date. Bids are due on 22nd June 2026 at 11:00 AM with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same date. The transfer fee and other government charges shall be borne by the purchaser. Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reason as per PPRA Disposal rules.
