Description / Scope of Work
The Govt. Kot Khawaja Saeed Teaching Hospital, Lahore invites bids for the annual framework contract for bulk purchase of general store items through the E-PADS platform. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 with an estimated value of 27.9 million Pakistani rupees. The tender encompasses a comprehensive range of general store items as detailed in the technical specifications section. Bids are invited on an item-wise basis from well-reputed firms, companies, and sole proprietors engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed trading organizations registered with appropriate authorities and tax departments. Bidders are required to submit original bid security equivalent to two percent of the estimated price in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order at the time of opening technical bids. The bidding process follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure. Bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid submission. No pre-bid meeting will be held. All bids must include proper page marking as per the requirement specified in the bidding documents.

Online bid submission through E-PADS must be completed before 23 June 2026 at 10:30 AM, with technical bid opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives.
