Description / Scope of Work
District Council Lodhran invites sealed electronic bids from eligible contractors for the M&R Scheme Rehabilitation and Repair of Sullage Carrier and Drainage at Basti Mari Bhago, located in Lodhran, Punjab. The project has an estimated cost of 4.00 million rupees and falls under the maintenance and repair category for infrastructure development in the district. The work involves rehabilitation and repair of drainage and sullage carrier systems to improve sanitation and water management infrastructure in the targeted area.
Bidders must be firms, companies, or contractors engaged in trading and registered with relevant authorities including PEC, Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost (equivalent to 0.20 million rupees) is mandatory and must be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in the name of District Council Lodhran. All bids shall be received as per single stage single envelope procedures through the electronic procurement system.
Bidding documents are available for download from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and through the E-PADS portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Sealed electronic bids must be submitted online on the E-PADS system by 22-06-2026 at 02:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 02:30 PM. Original bid security instruments must be physically submitted to the Procurement Office (I&S) Branch at Kahror Pacca road, Muhammad Siddique Khan Kanju Hall, Lodhran before the submission deadline.
