Description / Scope of Work
Islamia College, Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the partial overhauling and shifting of a 150-KVA out-of-order Perkins power generator. The complete job includes civil work, electrical works, and commissioning of the generator at the Social Science Block, Islamia College Peshawar. The estimated cost of this procurement is Rs. 630,000, and the work shall be executed as per the work order timeline. This tender is being processed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date) on a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure.
Eligible bidders must possess valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, valid registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), valid and updated registration with Federal Board of Revenue in both STRN and NTN, and valid and updated registration with the Inspectorate of Electricity Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders are required to submit earnest money equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a bank draft or call deposit. A tender fee of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) must be submitted to Bank of Khyber, University of Peshawar Branch (Code 0317, Account No. 3007537138, IBAN: PK21KHYB5317003007537138) prior to bid submission.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 16 June 2026 at 11:00 AM at Islamia College, Peshawar. Sealed bids must be submitted through e-PADS latest by 23 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the original call deposit receipt submitted physically or via courier to the Director of Works office by the same time. Bid opening will occur sharply at 11:30 AM on 23 June 2026 in the Main Committee Room, Islamia College Peshawar, in the presence of interested bidders or their authorized representatives.
