Description / Scope of Work
The Kot Adu Canal Division, Irrigation Department, is inviting bids for the procurement of reserve stock of stone at Khar, Punjab. This tender encompasses multiple items including carriage of stone from Sakhi Sarwar to the site of work with average lead distances ranging from 94 KM to 100 KM, supply of stone in required quantities, and addition of 30% premium for the recouping of reserve stock of stone for flood protection works. The work is being undertaken under the irrigation department's mandate to secure essential materials for flood protection infrastructure across the Punjab region.
Eligible contractors must be registered with the relevant authorities and capable of undertaking transportation and supply of stone materials. Bidders are required to submit their financial bids in the prescribed BOQ format with clearly quoted rates for each item. The bid security and other compliance requirements as per procurement rules must be adhered to by all participating contractors. Only qualified and financially sound firms with experience in stone supply and transportation shall be considered.
Bid documents can be obtained from the office of the Kot Adu Canal Division during official working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer, Kot Adu Canal Division, on or before the specified closing date. The opening of bids shall take place in the presence of bidders' representatives on the scheduled date.
