Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites competitive bids for the procurement of training material for the Tile Fixer Trade at Govt. College of Technology Mianwali in Punjab. This single-stage, one-envelope tender is issued under reference GCT/MWI/2025-26 with an estimated contract value of Rs. 2,005,556 for the supply and delivery of specialized training equipment and materials required for the tile fixer vocational training program at the institution. The procurement process follows national competitive bidding procedures and is open to active tax bidders registered with both Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments of Pakistan.
Bidders must possess valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates and must submit a bid security (earnest money) of Rs. 40,112 in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft made payable to the Principal, Govt. College of Technology Mianwali. The bid security must be physically deposited at the college address before the e-bid opening. Only bidders meeting all eligibility criteria and documentary requirements as outlined in the tender document will be considered for evaluation. Bids will be evaluated on the basis of accumulative rates for the whole tender using the least-cost method to determine the successful bidder.
Bidding documents are available for free download from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Interested bidders must submit their completed bids online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 10:00 A.M. on 22 June 2026. E-bids will be opened publicly on the same date at 11:00 A.M. at the college premises. Bidders are strongly advised to upload their bids well before the submission deadline.
