Description / Scope of Work
District Council Bahawalnagar invites electronic bids from registered firms and companies for two infrastructure development works in Punjab. Work 1 involves rehabilitation of a metalled road at Basti Shakoor Wali near Chak Chaweka in District Council Bahawalnagar with an estimated cost of PKR 9.560 million and bid security of PKR 478,000. Work 2 comprises construction of tuff tile on a main road from Head Sulemanki to Dera Mian Tahir Watto in Tehsil Minchanabad, District Bahawalnagar under SAP VII with an estimated cost of PKR 2.500 million and bid security of PKR 125,000. Both projects aim to enhance transportation infrastructure in the Bahawalnagar district of Punjab province.
Bidders must be engaged in trading and registered with relevant authorities including PEC license holders with valid Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax registrations. All e-bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order made payable to Chief Officer, District Council Bahawalnagar. The bidding follows a single-stage one-envelope process, and late submissions will be rejected outright.

Complete e-bids must be submitted online before the closing date of 29 June 2026 at 11:00 AM with opening at 11:30 AM.
