Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd (ZTBL) invites bids for the hiring of courier services to support its office operations across Pakistan. This is a non-consultancy services procurement conducted on a national basis using a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process. The procurement covers courier service requirements for ZTBL offices located throughout Pakistan, with the contracting authority based at the ZTBL Head Office in Islamabad. The scope of work includes the provision of professional courier services meeting specified service levels and performance standards as detailed in the bidding document. Eligible bidders must meet stipulated eligibility criteria including required licenses, experience in courier services delivery, and demonstrated financial capacity. Bidders are required to submit a Bid Securing Declaration as part of their proposal. Performance guarantees will be required from the successful contractor to ensure service continuity and quality standards compliance.
