The Town Committee Daur, District Shaheed Benazirabad, Sindh, invites sealed tenders from qualified contractors and firms for the sanitation of roads and streets, cleaning of open drains, and sewerage line maintenance across Town Committee Daur wards 01 to 07. This contract is for a twelve-month period from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The tender is issued under SPPRA Rules 2010 for the financial year 2025-26. Applicants must submit affidavits confirming no involvement in litigation or blacklisting by any department, along with partnership deeds and CNIC copies of proprietors. Annual income tax returns for the preceding three years, bank statements showing a minimum of five years turnover with account certificates, and detailed project completion lists with satisfaction certificates from concerned departments are mandatory. The bid security is 2% in the form of a call deposit from any scheduled bank in favor of Town Committee Daur. Blank tender documents are issued on application at the Town Committee Daur office from 5 June 2026 during office hours, or can be downloaded from the SPPRA website at spprasindh.gov.pk. The non-refundable tender fee is 10,000 Pakistani rupees in cash. Bids must be dropped on 22 June 2026 before 12:00 PM and will be opened at 1:00 PM on the same date in the presence of the Procurement Committee and authorized representatives. If no tender is received by the deadline, the next submission and opening date is set for 29 June 2026 at the same time and venue. The bid validity period is 90 days. Conditional and telegraphic tenders will not be accepted, and the procurement authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids per SPPRA Rules 2010.
