Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency, Gujarat invites tender for three distinct procurement works for the financial year 2025-26. The first two items involve hiring of diesel generators at disposal stations for 75 days in Wasa Gujarat Zone-A and Zone-B respectively, each valued at Rs. 4.653 million with bid security of Rs. 0.220 million and a 75-day completion timeline. The third item pertains to providing and fixing prefabricated containers in Wasa Gujarat, valued at Rs. 1.747 million with bid security of Rs. 0.087 million and a 30-day timeline. Total estimated cost for all schemes is Rs. 11.053 million, representing significant infrastructure support services across Gujarat's water sanitation operations.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enrolled on the E-PAD portal as per Government of Punjab directions for fiscal year 2025-26. Eligible firms and contractors must submit valid PEC licenses and bid documents through the E-PAD platform at www.punjab.eproc.gov.pk with bids uploaded by 23-06-2026 at 12:30 PM. Earnest money in the form of CDR (2% of estimated cost) must be uploaded on E-PADs, though original CDR is compulsory at the tender opening committee office of Deputy Director Engineering (WASA) Gujarat. Bidders submitting false information or failing to provide original CDR within stipulated timelines will face disqualification and potential blacklisting.
Bid documents are available on the PPRA website at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewtender.aspx, with response time calculated from the advertisement publication date. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance. If total tendered amount falls below 5% of approved estimated cost, lowest bidders must deposit additional performance security within 15 days of notice issuance.
