Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Multan invites sealed e-bids from registered engineering firms and contractors through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) e-Tendering System for replacement and repair of crown failure at Sultan Nagar street, Maharan wall and tughlaq town street drain wall sewerage division, central WASA Multan. The estimated cost of the work is Rs 1,963,796 with an earnest money requirement of Rs 39,276 for a completion period of 30 days. The tender is open to all contractors and firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category codes and listed on the Punjab PADS website at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Only bidders registered with PPRA and authorized on e-PADS platform are eligible to participate in this single stage single envelope bidding procedure. All bids must be submitted electronically through the e-PADS portal with bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt issued by the Director Finance WASA Multan, amounting to two percent of estimated cost as per tender instructions.
Bidders must possess valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council and be listed on Punjab PADS website to qualify for participation. Bid security must be submitted in the form of CDR in favor of the Director Finance WASA Multan. The bid security amount is Rs 39,276, calculated at two percent of the estimated cost. All financial instruments including bid security and performance guarantee if required must be submitted in both soft copy via e-PADS and hard copy format. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. Rates must be quoted both in figures and words against each item, with total amounts clearly specified. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any non-responsive bids or proposals that do not conform to specified requirements.
Bidding documents are available on the PPRA e-Tendering website and registered bidders may also obtain them through the office of Deputy Director Sewerage Division Central WASA Multan at 316-A Shamasabad Colony, Near Chungi No. 9, Multan. E-bids must be uploaded on e-PADS portal with closing date and time on June 23, 2025 at 11:00 AM and opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. The Director Works WASA office located at 316-A Shamasabad Colony Multan will conduct the tender opening in the presence of attending contractors. Bids will remain valid for 120 days from submission.
