Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites bids for the supply of gas meters diaphragm type CL-400 under tender enquiry number SND-2616/26. This procurement covers the provision of diaphragm type gas meters to support SNGPL's operations across Federal regions including Lahore and other service areas in Pakistan. The tender is issued by the General Manager (Procurement) at the Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore, and represents a significant acquisition of specialized metering equipment required for gas distribution infrastructure. A bid bond as specified in Annexure-II must be included with the technical proposal, and bidders are required to submit a performance or warranty bond guarantee upon contract award. Offers on DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded) basis at SNGPL's Base Stores Manga must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees based on free delivery terms. The bid security and all mandatory compliance documents, including an integrity pact and certificate of full disclosure, must accompany the technical submission.
Bid documents are available in the tender package containing general terms, instructions to bidders, technical specifications, price schedules, and required annexures. Bids must be submitted in a single stage two envelope system with separate technical and financial proposals, sealed and marked confidential, addressed to the General Manager (Procurement) at Gas House, 1st Floor, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan. The submission deadline is 09 July 2026 at 1430 hours, with public opening at 1500 hours on the same date at the above address. Technically accepted bidders will have their financial proposals opened subsequently at a date and venue to be announced separately.
