Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited invites bids for Operations and Maintenance Support Services for PTCL Power Equipment installed at four strategic locations: Satellite Town in Rawalpindi, CDDT H-9 in Islamabad, Misri Shah in Karachi, and Malach in Islamabad. This tender, referenced as Proc.9-1/2/200426/4699, seeks comprehensive O&M support services to ensure optimal functioning of power equipment across these telecommunications infrastructure sites in Federal territory and Sindh province. Bids must be submitted in DDP PKR basis inclusive of all applicable taxes and shall strictly comply with PTCL requirements and the detailed Scope of Work provided in the RFP documentation.
Bidders must be registered vendors with PTCL and must mention their Vendor Registration Code in submitted bids; unregistered vendors may apply through the vendor registration form available on PTCL's website. Bids must be accompanied by Bank Guarantee or Pay Order as bid security in the amount of PKR 1,000,000 issued by a first-class scheduled bank operating in Pakistan, valid for six months from issuance date. Non-compliance with security deposit requirements will result in automatic disqualification. All bidders are required to possess valid vendor credentials and demonstrate capability to deliver services across the specified geographically dispersed locations.
Bids must be submitted exclusively through the SAP Ariba Platform using the provided portal link before the deadline of 18 June 2026 at 5:00 PM.
