Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited invites sealed bids from renowned vendors for air transportation of an Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) on a door-to-door basis to M/s TurbineAero Bangkok, Thailand. This procurement is issued by the Shipping and Disposal Section of the Supply Chain Management Department at PIA's Head Office in Karachi, Sindh. The tender is floated on a Single Stage Single Envelope basis through the E-PADS electronic procurement platform, with bids to be evaluated and selected based on competitive pricing and vendor eligibility as per tender documents.
Local bidders are required to submit a tender fee of PKR 15,000 in the form of a Pay Order along with earnest money security equivalent to 2.5 percent of the total bid amount, deposited as an interest-free refundable security in the name of Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited. All bidders must meet eligibility criteria as specified in the tender documents, which may include relevant certifications, company profile documentation, technical literature, and operational licenses or authorizations as applicable. Tenders submitted without the mandatory bid security shall not be considered for evaluation.
Bidding documents are available electronically and may be downloaded from the PIACL website, the PPRA website, or the E-PADS procurement portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS latest by 10:30 AM on 24 June 2026, with hard copies deposited in the tender box at the Supply Chain Management Department Building entrance or addressed to the DGM Shipping and Disposal. Bid opening will occur at 11:00 AM on the same day.
