Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Assistant Director Local Government & Rural Development Department, Tehsil Dargai, District Malakand is inviting sealed tenders for beautification activities and infrastructure development works under MRS-2025 (1st Bi-annual) Non MRS-items. The project, referenced as ADP No 9541/250164 for the financial year 2025-26, encompasses nineteen sub-works including beautification through tuff tiling and sanitation improvements at Main Bazar Shkakot, Dargai Bazar, near Jazunu Dag, VC Qaldara, and various streets throughout Tehsil Dargai. Additionally, the works include construction of waiting sheds near Degree College, installation of lights at Dargai Bazar and multiple streets, and improvement of foot paths and playground facilities. The total estimated cost ranges from 2.843 million to 16.003 million rupees across individual sub-works, with the overall project scope valued at approximately 155 million rupees.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PEC) and enlisted with the C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Contractors must possess relevant PEC codes, with specific works at Serial Nos. 13, 16, and 17 requiring the EE11 code. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost must be prepared in favor of the Assistant Director (Senior), LG&RDD Tehsil Headquarters, Malakand, and uploaded on the EPADS system at the time of bid submission. The bid security must be physically delivered through registered courier to the office by the deadline. Rates may be quoted as percentage above or below or at par on engineer estimates.
Bid documents must be downloaded from the official EPADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and KP-PPRA website after publication of the Notice Inviting Tender. Electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal with a last submission date and time of 29 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, and electronic bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders must register on EPADS to obtain a unique username and password. All applicable taxes will be recovered in accordance with government directives. Bids remain valid for 120 days from the closing date.
