Description / Scope of Work
The Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth, Karachi East, Sindh, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the provision, laying and improvement of sewerage and water line infrastructure at Wazir Goth UC-5 near Graveyard Muhammdi Masjid and internal streets of Wazir Goth at Wazir Goth UC-5 under Work No. 07 NIT-27. The project has an estimated cost of Rs. 87,59,783 with a project duration of 12 months. Funds have been arranged from the Provincial Government towards this municipal infrastructure development scheme in Karachi.
Bidding is open to all firms and persons duly licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category for the value of works. Eligible bidders must provide company profiles, evidence of similar works completed in the last three years, details of construction equipment available, and qualifications and experience of technical personnel and key site management staff. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 2% of the bid price in the form of a Pay Order. The tender cost is Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable).
Interested bidders may acquire the complete set of bidding documents from the Office of the Superintendent Engineer, Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth, District East Karachi, upon submission of a written application and payment of the tender fee. All sealed bids must be delivered to the concerned dealing official at the TMC Sohrab Goth office on or before 10:30 AM on 29-06-2026. Bids will be publicly opened on 01-07-2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the same address.
