Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Railways, under the Government of Pakistan Procurement Directorate, invites worldwide bids from OEM-renowned manufacturers for the supply, installation and commissioning of a CNC Gantry Milling Machine. This tender is issued through the EPADS portal under the two-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. The tender reference is DP/CGMM-A/2026, and bidding documents are available for download from the eprccure.gov.pk portal at no cost. The procurement activity is based at the Administration Block of the Carriage Factory in Sector I-11, Islamabad, Federal Province.
Bidders must be OEM-renowned manufacturers as specified in the tender requirements. Bid security must be submitted before the closing of tender physically in the tender box at the office of the Director Procurement, Pakistan Railways, Carriage Factory, Islamabad. Only bids submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) will be entertained; no other submission method is accepted. Bidders are required to upload complete scanned copies of their bids in EPADS alongside physical submission.
A pre-bid conference will be held on 01.07.2026 at 10:00 hours in the office of the Director Procurement, Pakistan Railways, Carriage Factory, Islamabad. The tender will close on 21.07.2026 at 11:00 hours with opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 hours.
