Description / Scope of Work
Islamabad Capital Territory Police, through its Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Logistics, invites sealed bids for the provision of quality meals and food items to LEAs personnel during special security duties for the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28. The tender encompasses supply of Paan Kabab, Chicken Pulao Kabab, Chicken and Beef Mutton Karahi, vegetables, pulses, breakfast items, juices, mineral water, tea and any other meals or food items as per police personnel requirements performing special duties in Islamabad. Bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-procurement and hold active NTN/STRN. The bidding process utilizes EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform for submission and evaluation of proposals.
All proposals must be accompanied by bid security in the form of bank draft or CDR issued in the name of the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Logistics. Eligible firms registered with PPRA for e-procurement on EPADS are invited to participate. Bid documents are available on the EPADS portal at no cost. Islamabad Police reserves the right to decrease or increase the quantity of items according to budget requirements. Original bid documents and bank draft CDR must be submitted to the General Branch, office of the AIG Logistics, Sector H-11, Islamabad before tender opening.
Interested bidders must submit their bids online through EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk on or before 28th June 2026 at 1100 hours. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives at Central Police Office, Sector H-11, Islamabad.
