Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Medical and Dental Council invites electronic bids and proposals from quality firms, workshops and vendors duly registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue. This tender concerns pre-qualification to provide repair and maintenance services for five service categories: vehicle repair, building repair, IT equipment repair, furniture and fixture repair, and machinery repair. The contract duration shall be for three years. Bidders must be based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi with their own workshop, stock, manpower and technical expertise to execute the required services efficiently.
Eligible bidders must be registered as active taxpayers with FBR in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and demonstrate relevant workshop infrastructure and expertise. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security of Rs 50,000 per lot in the form of a pay order, demand draft or banker's cheque in favour of Pakistan Medical and Dental Council. The original bid security must reach PM&DC at G-10/4, Mauve Area, Islamabad on or before 10:30 am on the bid closing date of 29th June 2026.
Prequalification documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available from PM&DC and from the E-PADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk free of cost. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 10:30 am on 29th June 2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 am on 29th June 2026 in the presence of bidder representatives.
