Description / Scope of Work
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) announces an open auction for the sale of used vehicle parts and scrap materials. The auction will be held at NADRA Headquarters, Plot No. 57-8, Sector F-6, near Zoom Filling Station in the Blue Area of Islamabad, on 30 June 2026 on an as-is, where-is basis. This procurement presents an opportunity for interested bidders to acquire surplus automotive components and scrap inventory from government sources. The auction is conducted by the Transport Section of NADRA under official regulations governing the disposal of used government assets.
Intending participants must deposit a bid security of PKR 10,000 as token money with the Auction Board before bidding commences. Unsuccessful bidders will have their token amount refunded in full, while for successful bidders, the token amount will be adjusted against the remaining payable amount. All applicable government taxes and duties shall be borne by the successful bidder in addition to the bid amount. Participants are required to submit a valid National Identity Card and company documents to be eligible to participate in the auction.
Bid documents and further details are available upon inspection on-site, with no objection or excuse entertained afterward. The successful bidder bears full responsibility for removing and collecting the purchased items within seven days from the auction date. Late collection will incur penalties of PKR 500 per day for each day of delay.
