Description / Scope of Work
The Medical Superintendent of DHQ Government General Hospital Samanabad Faisalabad and Government Al-Hamd Hospital Nishatabad Faisalabad invites electronic procurement bids for a framework contract of general store items for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is for essential general store supplies required by both hospitals located in Faisalabad, Punjab. The estimated contract value is 15 million Pakistani rupees, with a tender closing date of 23 June 2026 at 10:30 AM. The procurement will be conducted on an item-wise basis through the E-Procurement system (E-PADs), which is the Electronic Pakistan Acquisition and Disposal System.
Bidders must be well-reputed firms registered on E-PADs in relevant categories. All potential bidders are required to submit bids electronically through the E-PADs portal. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a CDR, pay order, or bank draft payable to the Medical Superintendent DHQ Government General Hospital Samanabad Faisalabad. Successful bidders will be required to deposit a performance guarantee equal to 2% of the total contract value. Item rates must be inclusive of all government taxes. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, cutting, overwritten, or doubtful bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids in accordance with rule 35 of PPRA rules 2024.
Bid documents may be downloaded from the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the E-PADs website. Bids must be received on E-PADs by 23 June 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the office of the Medical Superintendent by the tender opening committee in the presence of available bidders or their authorized representatives.
