The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Faisalabad invites sealed bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 for the procurement of goods and services related to relief arrangements for Flood/Monsoon 2026 in District Faisalabad, Punjab. The tender comprises five lots with a combined estimated cost of Rs. 51,500,000 including food hampers, flour, drinking water, cooked food, mosquito nets, cots, plastic mats, mattresses, animal fodder, and vehicle hiring for relief goods transportation. Interested bidders may participate in one or multiple lots, with each lot requiring separate technical proposals, financial bids, and bid securities. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014(2)(a).
Bidders must be registered with FBR (Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments), Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and relevant regulatory bodies, with demonstrated technical experience and managerial capacity in the relevant field and prior experience in Government or Semi-Government sector. Bid security equivalent to 3% of the estimated cost of each lot must be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Banker's Cheque issued by a scheduled bank in favour of Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), Faisalabad. Participating firms must provide an affidavit/certificate confirming they are not blacklisted by Deputy Commissioner Office Faisalabad or PPRA, and all fake documents or forged bid security shall result in disqualification and legal action.
Bidding documents are available for free download from EPADS/PPRA websites at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS up to 11:00 AM on 23.06.2026, with technical bids opening at 01:00 PM the same day in the Committee Room of Deputy Commissioner Office, Faisalabad. Successful bidders shall furnish a Performance Guarantee equal to 3% of the contract value.
