Description / Scope of Work

SZABIST ZABTech, operating under the Directorate of SZABIST ZABTech in Sindh, invites quotations for the procurement of office and study chairs under RFQ-AZM-25-27-06-001. The scope includes supply of three categories of furniture: one Aqua Mesh High Back Double Lever Revolving Chair (Model B-543 or equivalent), twelve Relax Back Revolving Chairs (Model B-514 or equivalent), and two hundred fifty Steel Plastic Yellow Label Study Chairs with Arms (Model B-209-s or equivalent). All items must be furniture grade material with specifications as detailed. Delivery is required to SZABIST ZABTech Kashmore near Diera Mor and AC Office Kashmor in Sindh province.

Only FBR-registered vendors are eligible to participate in this procurement. Vendors must demonstrate relevant experience in supplying similar goods and services. Quotations must be submitted on company letterhead, properly signed and stamped, and include complete vendor details such as NTN, address, and contact information. All quoted prices must be inclusive of applicable taxes, delivery charges, and warranty terms if applicable. Quotations must remain valid for a minimum of thirty days from the submission date. Vendors not yet registered with ZABTech are required to complete and submit the Vendor Prequalification Form physically to the Procurement office.

Quotations may be submitted via the vendor's official email address sent to procurement@zabtech.edu.pk, or through physical submission to the Procurement office at Ground floor Sheikh Sultan Trust Building, Beaumont Road, Civil Lines, Karachi. The deadline for submission is 14 June 2026 at 12:00 PM. Delivery must be completed within one week of purchase order issuance unless otherwise approved in writing. Payment will be processed within thirty days of successful delivery and acceptance following three-way matching of purchase order, delivery challan or goods receipt note, and invoice.
