Supply of Clay for Earth Filling by Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the supply of clay for earth filling under tender enquiry number FCS/BWP/TE/020/26. The procurement is intended to support the company's infrastructure and project requirements across its operations in Punjab province. Bids are invited from eligible suppliers and contractors who can meet the technical specifications and delivery schedules outlined in the tender documents. Eligible bidders must be registered suppliers capable of meeting SNGPL's technical and commercial requirements. Bidders are required to submit a valid GST number along with certificate, National Tax Number with certificate, and valid professional tax clearance certificate. The bid security (Bid Bond) must be submitted as per the specimen provided in Appendix F. Bidders must demonstrate their capability to supply materials conforming to specified standards, with alternative authoritative standards of equal or higher quality being acceptable if properly documented. All bids must include completed price sheets, questionnaire/commercial terms sheets, and performance/warranty bond guarantees as per the prescribed formats.

Bid documents are available from SNGPL and must be submitted in duplicate sealed covers marked "Confidential" with all required appendices including general terms, technical specifications, price sheets, bid bonds, and integrity pacts. Bids must be submitted both physically to the Procurement Office and electronically via E-PADS system before the closing time of 15:00 hours on 25 June 2026. Public bid opening will occur at 15:30 hours on the same date. Bids must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date.
